Did make a follow up visit and checked the treated area to make sure that what he did in the past works. He re-treated the area that shows sign of roaches/flies. Professional and reliable and he communicates effectively. I would highly recommend him for his work!!

Was running late but called to let me know.Explained what caused him to be late. Explained very clearly the treatment for getting rid of the ants. Told me to let him know immediately if they return. Very satisfied.
